The Planning Schedule for the month of August was adopted on the proposal of Councilor McBride seconded by Councilor Bresland subject to the foregoing.
The proposal also acknowledges that adventitious contamination cannot be totally avoided.
It was sometimes tempting to discard a proposal which seemed too extreme.
